You can also order your prescription by any of these methods.
Although we appreciate that this is a convenient way to order it has actually been an area of concern for some time within the practice. Our main concern is with regard to clinical safety and the need to ensure that orders are 100% correct. In addition, there are times during the day when other patients cannot get through because the lines are engaged and the receptionist is busy. The receptionists spend a great deal of time trying to work out which medication the order is for, while other patients are waiting.
In order to provide a clinically safe prescription service and also ensure that all of our patients receive efficient and prompt attention, we feel it is appropriate to ask for all repeat medication orders to be made by other means.
You will be able to order by the following methods:
We can only provide limited parking spaces for our patients which means that the car park is often full to capacity, on these occasions you may find further parking spaces at the rear of the building or on the road behind the building.
We respectfully ask you not to park in the surgery car park if you intend shopping in Aldi, we have had numerous complaints from patients regarding this.......if you want to shop in Aldi whilst also visiting the surgery please ensure you only park in the surgery car park whilst you are in the surgery, and park in Aldi when you are in Aldi. Please do not abuse our already very limited car parking facilities.
Please do not park in the doctors car park, even though it may sometimes appear that there are spaces available this car park is for the use of doctors and emergency vehicles only.
Yellow Fever vaccinations will be available at the surgery from April 2014 please call us on 01642 607398 for more information
If you wish to have your prescription dispensed and delivered by Rowlands you can arrange this by calling the pharmacy directly on 01642 - 607036.
