District Nurses

Our team of district nurses provide qualified nursing care, advice, assess patients' needs and, where appropriate, refer to other agencies (e.g. Social Services).

They provide support and care for both the patient and those caring for both the acutely/terminally ill, the disabled, handicapped or elderly patients.

They also work with the Macmillian nurse for patients with terminal illness.

They visit patients in their own home as well as holding regular clinics at the surgery.
