Telephoning the surgery

Please telephone the surgery on 01642 631766 for any blood or urine results, but do ring after 11:00am. The receptionists are not quite as busy at this time and will have more time to assist you.
If you would like advice form the practice nurse or from the doctor please ring 01642 607398 between 10:30am and 4:00pm.
If the doctor or nurse is not available, one of the senior receptionists will be able to take a message and let you know when to ring back.

Emergency Calls

If an emergency occurs during surgery hours, the following procedure should be followed:

• Ring the surgery on one of the following numbers 01642 613392 or 01642 607398.

• Speak as clearly as possible.

• State the patients full name.

• State the full address of the patient and telephone number.

• Give the age of the patient.

• Give as many details of the emergency as possible.

If, for any reason, you are unable to obtain either of the above telephone numbers ring 999 and give the operator full details.
